San Antonio Tournament 2023 - Parent Letter

 SAN ANTONIO NATIONAL TOURNAMENT | 16TH ANNUAL

Thursday 6/22 to Sunday 6/25

 Based on everyone's feedback we are pivoting to stay in a hotel vs sharing a house rental. Ideally, we'll stay in the same hotel (or nearby) so that the players can hang out together at night. 

There are a lot of hotel options in the $175-200 per night range.  A list of recommended hotels by the tournament is here.

This La Quinta Inn & Suites has availability for 9 rooms and is discounted to $177 per night on Expedia as one option.

Let's discuss and finalize hotel options in next 1-2 days.

Everyone will be responsible for their own lodging, food and travel expenses.

Assuming 8 players, the fee to cover Tournament Entry, Coach Expenses (hotel, food, travel) and Coaching Fee is $300 per player.  If we end up with more/fewer players we will settle the difference after the tournament.
