KDC GLOSSARY OF TERMS

TWO SEPARATE FACILITIES

 

KDC Gym = FITNESS facility (weights, cardio, classes)
KDC GLOWBALL = BASKETBALL facility (LED courts, leagues, tournaments)

These are two distinct locations – you can buy access to one or both.

AAU – Amateur Athletic Union; competitive youth basketball organization

Basketball Facility – Refers to KDC GLOWBALL (NOT KDC Gym)

Day Pass – Single-day access to ONE facility: KDC Gym OR KDC GLOWBALL ($25)

Drop-In – Single session attendance without monthly commitment

Enrollment Fee – One-time $125 fee for monthly programs (includes jersey, shorts, T-shirt; valid 1 year)

Family Fun Play – GLOWBALL experience for families and all ages

Fitness Facility – Refers to KDC Gym (NOT KDC GLOWBALL)

GBL – GLOWBALL League; KDC’s structured basketball league with two 3-month seasons per year

Group Training – Twice weekly training sessions at $250/month

KDC – Kendrick D. Cornelius; parent company and brand

KDC Apparel – Branded merchandise and athletic wear

KDC GLOWBALL – The BASKETBALL facility featuring immersive LED-lit courts, virtual basketball, leagues, tournaments, gaming, VIP lounge, and locker rooms

KDC Gym – The FITNESS facility featuring free weights, machine weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, and locker rooms with showers; tagline: “Train Like A Pro”

Monthly Pass – Unlimited monthly access to facility ($99 per person)

Open Play – Walk-in basketball time included with day pass or monthly membership

Personal Training – One-on-one training sessions (all packages include gym membership)

Registration Fee – One-time fee for drop-in services ($40 for Youth Basketball; $10 for Personal Training)

Tournament – Competitive basketball event (4 per month, 2 days each)

Train Like A Pro – Official tagline for KDC Gym (the fitness facility)

VIP All Access – Combined membership to BOTH facilities: KDC Gym (fitness) AND KDC GLOWBALL (basketball) – $35 day pass or $149 monthly

Youth Basketball Development – Basketball training program for ages 5-18
